RCB Race Series 2010

New for 2010 a "Marina Series" of events for Remote Controlled Boats! At present this is an open class to all comers and various events will be organised at the Rallies. New entrants can join the series at any time.

The first event was held at St Katts on Sunday 2nd May with 3 entrants:

"Stealth" - Graham Spash

"Speed Away" - Andy Greenaway

"Jet-X" - Fil Brown

Whilst "warming up" for the race and doing practice runs this turned into an aggressive "last man standing" event with all 3 vessels madly chasing and crashing into each other. Jet-X was 1st to retire with a holed hull (later fixed in the "Sequence" cock pit with silver gaffer tape). Then Speed Away sustained damaged to the rear spoiler and lost balnce leaving the smirking victor, with only a lost tail fin, Stealth. Round 1 to Mr Spash!

Espionage has since been admitted in the "Always Late" cockpit where the props have been substituted with STAINLESS STEEL!!! So it's gloves off and no holds barred then!
